New Safety Measures

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to address any concerns you may have prior to your next visit and assure you that we are following strict health guidelines to ensure the safest possible working environment for all who are scheduled for an appointment. The safety of our staff and patients is our first priority and as such, we have been following certain safety measures:

CHECK-IN: We ask that our patients wash their hands or use hand sanitizer, since we will be touching or trying on equipment and glasses.

FEELING ILL: Upon arrival, we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering our office. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we will promptly reschedule your appointment for another time.

FACE MASKS: Face masks are no longer required in medical facilities in the state of Oregon. However we do have face masks available if you would like to wear one.

CLEANING & SANITIZING: We will disinfect all equipment, tools, and surfaces before and after each patient. Regarding incoming patients, we will require you to wash your hands with soap for at least 30 seconds.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP: If you are picking up your eyewear, we offer curbside pick-up and will bring them to your car. Just call or text our number and a staff member will deliver your order to you.
