How long does an eye exam take?

Generally, a thorough eye exam takes 45 minutes to an hour. If you plan on ordering a pair of glasses, plan for more time!

How often do I need an eye exam?

In the state of Oregon, an eyeglass prescription is valid for 2 years. Children and patients with other health complications may require an exam more frequently.

How long will it take for me to get my new glasses?

Generally, it takes about 2-3 weeks (or longer) for our labs to customize and complete your glasses order. If you need faster delivery times, we may be able to request an expedited service depending on the situation. Once your glasses have arrived in our store, we will call to let you know that it is ready for pick-up!

Do you fill outside prescriptions?

We’d be happy to fill your valid outside prescription for you!

How much do glasses cost?

The cost of your glasses is dependent on many factors including lens options, frame selection, and other customizable features. Following your eye exam, we will sit down and go over options that best fit your budget and overall eye health.
