How long does an eye exam take?

Generally, a thorough eye exam takes 45 minutes to an hour. If you plan on ordering a pair of glasses, plan for more time!

How often do I need an eye exam?

In the state of Oregon, an eyeglass prescription is valid for 2 years. Contacts prescriptions are valid for 1 year. Children and patients with other health complications may require an exam more frequently.

How long will it take for me to get my new glasses?

It takes 2-3 weeks for our labs to customize and complete your glasses order. Once your glasses have arrived in our clinic, we will call to let you know.

Do you fill outside prescriptions?

We’d be happy to fill your valid outside prescription for you! Both glasses and contacts.

How much do glasses cost?

The cost of your glasses is dependent on many factors including lens options, frame selection, and other customizable features. Following your eye exam, we will sit down and go over options that best fit your budget and overall eye health.

How much do contacts cost?

Contacts can vary in price depending on your prescription, your eye shape as well as if your contacts are daily, biweekly or monthlies. Our contact lenses are competitive with online retailers or other clinics. In most cases, we have the best price in town!

Do you make custom lenses and frames?

All lenses can be customized with lens coatings, tints, polarization, mirrors and much more. Our expert Opticians can find the best kind of lenses for you depending on your prescription. We currently don’t bespoke eyewear, but we are more than happy to go over color options on frame models. If we don’t have a model in stock, we are more than happy to order it for you.
